My family and I greatly enjoyed being there. I booked spacious and warm rooms with the bunk bed is located, easy access to-and-from unit, for example. The location was marvellous and stunning and next to a park and a wildlife park. Food was excellent and restaurant was absolutely fantastic. I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again.

All in all everything was nice, had a peaceful stay at $ 43 a night for 2. The hotel was adjacent to gardens and town centre and magnificent wildlife and parkland thanks to its magnificent location. It also was near markets...

the location was perfect, with the beautiful Botanical Gardens next door and surrounded by lush trees. Our cabin was spotless and comfortable, and there were various accommodations available. We appreciated the sensory garden and the inviting bush hut for social gatherings. It truly felt welcoming with great amenities for families and those working remotely.
Check-in was overly complicated. Private bathroom required an upgrade.

The cabin was super comfy and sparkling clean. the luxurious queen bed felt great after a long day, and having quality linens made me feel at home. Plus, the mini-bar fridge came in handy for drinks and snacks! Such a cozy spot to relax in.
Didn’t love paying extra for pool access—should've been included in the stay.

Stayed in a glamping tent overlooking lush gardens and enjoyed drinks on the deck terrace. Everything was fresh and clean, with quality linen and bath products, and excellent air conditioning. Hotel staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and eateries.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, very close to the hospital where my brother had a day procedure booked. the hotel is right next to the sizeable botanic gardens, which were a delight to walk through. the laundry and camp kitchen facilities were clean and well-maintained.
The accommodation was quite basic, lacking modern amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Great amenities and location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the option to have a late check-out, which gave us extra time to explore the area before packing and heading back home. The bouncing pillow was a hit among the kids and we enjoyed watching them bond and have fun. The camping site was clean and full of trees, providing a relaxing environment.
The price for an unpowered camping site was excessively high compared to other campsites in the area. It felt cramped, and we paid more for less.

The campground had a good playground for kids. it was located near a beautiful botanical garden and a nice little town where we could get groceries and souvenirs. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating.
The shower facilities were not well-maintained and pretty dirty. It was hard to find a clean stall.
